Sam's Story
Sam Di Lorenzo attended university in New York to study English and Theatre. Through this, she gained hands-on experience with directing, playwriting, stage design and acting.
She helped to direct and stage manage an independent production, "Pat Bobertson's Farewell On The Last Night of the Apocalypse" by Eryk Aughenbaugh, in 2013 to 2014. It premiered at Brooklyn College.
After university, Sam entered the world of background acting, featuring in projects such as Orange is the New Black, Blue Bloods, Younger, and Nurse Jackie.
She also cowrote a five-episode webseries with Alexander Scelso. The unreleased series delves into serious topics such as mental health, break-ups, loss and grief, and the beginnings of healing and rediscovery of hope.
Sam runs a YouTube channel where she has coined the series Quoth the Author, where she reads books and discusses their content with a live audience. She also uses this channel to host videos of her play-throughs of visual novels where she voices many unique characters.
She has a clear love and passion for voice acting and the characters that can be brought to life through the medium.
